Sitecomb is a trading name of Sahbis Limited, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland under number 821013, registered office 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80.

What you get

One report on one website: 51 checks across six areas, a score out of 100, and a plain-English fix for each problem found. It's ready within 10 minutes of your payment clearing, on a private link, and we email you the link.

The report reads the public website as a visitor would, at the moment of the check. It can't see behind logins, and websites change, so it describes the site on the day it ran.

Price and payment

€9.99, $9.99 or ₹999 per report, depending on where you are. The price you see before paying is the price you pay: where we have to charge VAT, GST or sales tax for your country, it's included or shown clearly at checkout.

Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. Your bank may add its own fees for paying in a foreign currency; those aren't ours.

If we can't check your site

Before you pay, we test that the website lets our checker in. Some hosts block automated visitors; if yours does, we tell you and you aren't charged.

If a paid report still fails, we refund you in full automatically and email you. You can ask us to run it by hand instead.

Your right to cancel

In the EU, the UK and anywhere else with a cooling-off right for online purchases: because the report is digital and delivered within minutes, you ask us to start straight away when you order, and you accept that your right to cancel ends once the report is complete.

Wherever you are, the refund promise above still applies: if we can't deliver a proper report, you get your money back.

Using the report

The report is yours to use, share or pass to whoever looks after your website. Sitecomb's own name, design and software stay ours.

Only check websites for a fair purpose: your own, your clients', or one you're thinking of working with. Don't use Sitecomb to harass anyone, overload a website or break the law.

Findings about privacy notices, company details or other legal signals are risk flags explained in plain words, not legal advice. For a legal decision, talk to a qualified professional.

Limits

We run every check with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss of business, profit or data, and our total responsibility for a report is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law or anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Complaints

Write to hello@sitecomb.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, wherever you are.

Customers in India can also raise a grievance with our grievance contact at the same address; we follow the timelines of India's consumer protection rules.

Law and your local rights

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the English text is the one that counts.

If you buy as a consumer, you keep every protection the law of your own country gives you and can't sign away, and you can bring a claim in your own courts. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

If you buy for a business, the Irish courts decide any dispute. Either way, we'll always try to sort things out by email first.
